Tools to enhance young people's sustainability competences: join the GameComp Training of Trainers

26 March 2025

Are you a trainer or youth worker interested in new methodologies to strengthen young people's sustainability competences?

As part of the Erasmus+ GameComp project, we are launching a one-day Training of Trainers (ToT) designed to share with other educators the innovative tools and approaches developed by the consortium to promote the competencies outlined in the European GreenComp framework.

Why Participate in the GameComp ToT?

This program, simultaneously activated in Italy, Greece, Spain, France, and Germany, aims to train at least 250 youth workers, providing them with knowledge and practical tools to integrate the GreenComp framework—Europe's reference for sustainability competencies—into educational programs.

By joining the Training of Trainers, you will:

  • Discover how to integrate gamification and other teaching techniques to make sustainability education more engaging and effective.

  • Participate in practical sessions and simulations that will help you develop concrete skills to assess and enhance young people's sustainability competencies.

  • Experience first-hand the training resources developed by the GameComp project, using a hands-on approach based on non-formal education methods.

  • Have the opportunity to network with other trainers and youth workers, share best practices, and create new professional collaborations.

  • Actively contribute to shaping future generations by equipping them with valuable tools to tackle environmental challenges.

During the training, participants will explore innovative educational scenarios based on interactive tools and gamification methodologies designed to stimulate critical thinking, active participation, and experiential learning.

How to Participate

The training will be held online in May 27th from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm. Seats are limited!
