The Validation Report of the AI ​​Competence Framework for Youth Workers developed by Lascò, in collaboration with the Erasmus+ project partners AI4YouthWork, TEAM4Excellence, CONTEXTOS and KEAN, is now available online.

The survey involved 100 youth work professionals from various European countries, collecting valuable feedback on the relevance, relevance and quality of the Framework.

Takeaways:

88% of participants believe that the framework can improve youth workers' abilities to integrate AI into their activities;

84% believe that the framework is relevant to the professional needs of youth workers;

83% positively evaluate the general quality of the framework;

79% consider the framework capable of reflecting the needs and competencies gaps of youth workers in the field of AI.

The consortium is now engaged in the development of open educational resources, aimed at strengthening each of the competencies outlined in the Framework.
