Lascò at the International Symposium "Green Travel Through Aquavers"

08 June 2024

Yesterday, we had the honour of participating in the international symposium "Green Travel Through Aquavers" hosted at the headquarters of the Maritime University of Constanta, in Romania.

The event was organised by the Constanta County School Inspectorate, the Maritime University of Constanta and "Gheorghe Duca" Technological High School of Constanta, in partnership with Lascò, TEAM4EXCELLENCE Association, The Teacher’s House Constanta, SC Tehnotransferoviar, SC Auto Promt Consult Constanta and Izzettin Keykavus Anatolian High School (Turkey). It aimed to broaden the understanding of water in all its forms across various environments, as well as increase knowledge of future blue technologies.

The symposium featured a range of activities, including scientific publications, presentations of Erasmus+ projects and photographic exhibitions, designed to promote the sustainable use of water resources, water conservation, and the rational and responsible use of our available water reserves.

During the event, we had the opportunity to present the European project Green Hive, the Cooperation partnership co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme we're implementing together with the Technological University of the Shannon (Ireland), TEAM4EXCELLENCE (Romania), KEAN (Greece), and Femxa (Spain) to develop the first European Ecosystem for Sustainability Education.
